July 12th, 2024 is a day of immense joy with no bittersweet emotions. It's all about joy and it's all about celebrations. As Jyoti and I stand here, our heart swells with pride and love for our beautiful daughter, Ria. Ria is our happiness.

It feels like just yesterday she was born when I cried for a few days and when I held her tiny hands. And now she stands before us, radiant as ever, ready to embark on this new chapter of her life.

Ria, you’ve always been our little girl—the one who filled our home with laughter, curiosity, boundless energy, lot of color, lot of paint, lot of lost and never found things. From your first steps to your first day of school, we’ve watched you grow into an extraordinary woman and extraordinarily smart intelligent "super geek". And today, as you join hands with Prabhu, I know that you’re stepping into a future filled with love, adventure, shared dreams, shared life and shared goals.

As you begin this new journey, remember the moments and lessons we’ve shared with you. Love fiercely, forgive freely, and most importantly never stop dreaming. Cherish the small moments—the stolen glances, late-night conversations, tough conversations, shared laughter, online games, board games and the joy.

And when challenges arise, hold each other’s hands and face them together. Your mother and I believe in you and Prabhu, his parents and our collective kids and families. We know you’ll create a home filled with warmth, compassion, and joy.
